Tree Plantation Program

Since 2015, we’ve planted thousands of trees with care and commitment, protecting them until they thrive — because a greener earth begins with us.

tp1

Rooting Hope, Nurturing Life

At Hari Bhari Vasundhra, tree plantation isn’t just an activity — it’s our identity. Since 2015, our dedicated team and volunteers have planted thousands of trees across Hisar and nearby regions, transforming barren areas into green, living spaces.

Each sapling we plant is a promise — of cleaner air, cooler surroundings, and a healthier planet for future generations. Supported by local communities, organizations, and the Haryana Government, we continue to grow this green movement with love, care, and teamwork.

Together, we don’t just plant trees — we plant the future.

Miyawaki Urban Forests

In response to deforestation, the team began creating Urban Jungles using the Japanese Miyawaki Technique.

  • Successfully developed 4 dense Miyawaki forests in Hisar at:

    • Akashvani Azad Nagar

    • Sector 33 Boosting Station

    • Doordarshan Kendra, Sector 13

    • Another local site within city limits

  • These forests are now lush, green, and thriving ecosystems, adding oxygen and biodiversity to the city.

hnbvp17

Beautification & Flower Plantations

  • Cleans greenbelts and develops seasonal flower beds every year.

  • In 2025, planted 52 varieties of seasonal flowers.

  • Distributed flower saplings free of cost to schools, hospitals, parks, and homes across Hisar.

Plantation With Extra Care

  • Each tree is nurtured for 1.5 years until it grows beyond animal reach.

  • Priority given to locations with boundary walls and adequate water availability for better protection.

  • Introduced 350 eco-friendly bamboo tree guards, replacing costly and theft-prone iron ones.

  • Commonly planted species include Peepal, Banyan, Neem, and Belpatra.

Be the Reason Trees Survive

Every tree we plant, every leaf that grows, and every breath of fresh air begins with your support. Your contribution helps us plant more saplings & protect green spaces.

Environmental Conservation

At Hari Bhari Vasundhra, we are deeply committed to protecting the Earth’s natural balance. Our work focuses on reducing pollution, managing waste responsibly, and restoring the purity of air, water, and soil.

Protecting What Sustains Us

Through continuous awareness and hands-on initiatives, we transform organic and temple waste into useful resources, preventing them from harming our environment. By promoting composting and responsible disposal, we aim to replace careless burning and dumping with mindful, sustainable practices.

Community Awareness

Change begins with awareness. Through rallies, workshops, school sessions, and public campaigns, we inspire citizens to adopt greener lifestyles.

Building a Green Mindset

We educate communities on waste segregation, composting, and the hazards of burning leaves or using single-use plastic.
Our message is simple — small actions by many can create big change.

Utensil Bank

Single-use plastic harms our soil, water, and health. To fight it, we launched Hisar’s first Utensil Bank — starting with 50 sets of stainless-steel plates, glasses, cups, and spoons.

Replacing Plastic with Steel

Ensuring Sustainability.

Now, four utensil banks serve our city. Anyone can borrow utensils free of cost for social functions — birthdays, bhandaars, or community events — and return them cleaned.
Every event that chooses steel over disposable plastic brings us closer to a cleaner planet.

💚 Support the Utensil Bank

Help us expand our mission to make plastic-free. Your contribution will help us add more steel utensil sets, maintain existing banks, and make eco-friendly dining accessible to all — absolutely free of cost. Together, we can inspire a community that celebrates without harming the planet.

Waste Management

At Hari Bhari Vasundhra, we believe that responsible waste management is key to a cleaner, healthier planet. Our team actively collects and recycles temple offerings, dry leaves, and other biodegradable materials to prevent pollution and promote reuse.

Turning Waste into Worth

In 4 simple steps we transforming discarded items into eco-friendly products and spreading awareness on proper waste handling, we’re turning everyday waste into resources — protecting soil, water, and air for future generations.

wm12
1. Collection, Segregation & Recycling
  • Collects dry leaves, temple waste, and biodegradable materials separately.

  • Prevents waste from reaching canals and dumping grounds by recycling temple flowers into incense sticks (dhoop) and making mats from temple clothes.

  • Ensures proper segregation at the source to minimize pollution and maximize reuse.

wm12 (1)
2. Collaboration with Municipal Corporation
  • Works closely with the Hisar Municipal Corporation to promote responsible waste handling.

  • Receives full support for eco-friendly waste reuse and safe disposal initiatives.

wm13 (1)
3. Free Distribution of Eco-Friendly Products
  • Distributes recycled products free of cost during local fairs and awareness programs.

  • Encourages the use of sustainable, waste-free alternatives in the community.

wm13
4. Public Awareness & Education
    • Conducts awareness drives on waste segregation and recycling.

    • Inspires citizens to avoid burning leaves and adopt environmentally responsible habits.

Biocomposting

By turning kitchen scraps, dry leaves, and garden waste into nutrient-rich compost, we reduce landfill pollution, improve soil fertility, and promote a circular, eco-friendly lifestyle.

bc11

1. Collection of Organic Waste

  • Gathers dry leaves, vegetable peels, and garden waste from households and public spaces.

  • Ensures waste is separated at the source to maintain purity and quality of compost.

bc5

2. Processing into Natural Compost

  • Uses eco-friendly methods and composting machines to convert organic waste into rich natural fertilizer.

  • Maintains proper moisture, aeration, and layering to accelerate decomposition naturally.

bc56

3. Distribution & Awareness

Provides the produced compost free of cost to residents, schools, and parks.

Encourages communities to adopt composting practices and reduce landfill waste.

A Generous Contribution

wm1

Our biocomposting mission received a powerful boost when Rajya Sabha MP Dr. Subhash Chandra generously donated Haryana’s first composting machine to Hari Bhari Vasundhra. This milestone marked the beginning of large-scale compost production from vegetable peels and dry leaves. Today, with this innovation, Hari Bhari Vasundhra continues to produce and distribute natural, chemical-free compost free of cost, encouraging citizens to adopt eco-friendly waste management practices.
