Refund & Cancellation Policy

We value every contribution made to our foundation and strive to ensure complete transparency and clarity regarding all donations and payments.

1. Donations and Contributions

All donations made to Hari Bhari Kalyan Smit (Haribharivasundhra) are considered voluntary and non-refundable.
Since we are a non-profit foundation, funds received are immediately allocated to ongoing or upcoming projects such as:

• Tree Plantation

• Environmental Conservation

• Community Awareness Programs

• Utensil Bank

• Waste Management

• Biocomposting

Once a donation is processed, it cannot normally be refunded or canceled.
We encourage donors to ensure the accuracy of details before confirming any donation or payment.

2. Duplicate or Erroneous Transactions

In case of an accidental or duplicate donation, or if the amount was deducted more than once due to a technical error, please contact us immediately.
Upon verification, we will initiate a refund (if applicable) within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

To request such a refund, please email us with the following details:

• Full Name

• Transaction ID / Payment Reference Number

• Date and Amount of Donation

• Mode of Payment (UPI, Credit/Debit Card, etc.)

3. Event or Program Fees (if applicable)

If you have registered for a paid event, workshop, or community drive organized by us:

• Cancellations made 7 days before the event date may be eligible for a partial refund (after deducting administrative costs).

• Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event are non-refundable.

• In case the event is canceled by the foundation, full refunds will be issued within 10 business days.

4. Tax Exemption and Receipts

Donations to Hari Bhari Kalyan Smit may be eligible for tax exemptions under applicable Indian laws (if registered under 12A/80G or similar provisions).
Once a receipt has been issued, no modifications or cancellations can be made to the donation record.
